Returns & Exchange

Customer Satisfaction is the vital factor for the growth of our brand. So, we would like to offer a hassle-free Returns and Exchange policy for our customers.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, the product may be returned. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will be examined for initiating any one of the options below:

  • Exchange the product to something else of your choice, to its equal value. If the selected product is beyond the value, the extra amount needs to be paid.
  • Full cash refund can be claimed only for products with manufacturing defects.
  • Please raise the request at info@stolemate.com with essential details such as Invoice number, picture of the product, reason for return etc.

Important points to keep in mind while sending back the product:

  • We offer return with full refund option only for products with manufacturing defects.
  • Our Return/Exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in resaleable condition (except for damaged ones) with proper price tags and bill.
  • Products purchased on sale/promotional offer period are not eligible for exchange.
  • Return/Exchange must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • For those delivery partners who offer reverse pick up option, you may opt for the same to return the product.
  • Refund as eligible, will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the product for inspection.
