  1. How to place an order with StoleMate?
    • Browse through our wide range of collections in our website (www.stolemate.com).
    • Once you like a product click on ‘Add to cart’ icon. You can add multiple products into the cart.
    • Once the entire selection is done, you may proceed to checkout by giving essential details and selecting the desired payment mode to confirm the order.
  2. How many days it will take to deliver the product?
    • 3 – 10 working days for orders within India.
    • 7 – 15 working days for orders outside India.
  3. How will I know when my product will be dispatched?
  4. Once the product is dispatched, an email notification along with the Courier Tracking number will be sent to the details provided by the customer at the time of registering with us.

  5. Do I have a gifting option?
  6. Yes, once you have confirmed your order, kindly mail us at info@stolemate.com requesting the order to be sent as a gift.

  7. How should I check my order status?
  8. With the tracking number provided in the mail you may easily track the shipment through the respective service provider’s website.

  9. Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card, Credit Card or Wallet?
